K Rend is a popular range of through-coloured silicone-enhanced renders applied as a thin-coat top layer. Because the colour goes right through the render, it never needs painting and resists dirt and water beautifully.
Sand & cement is the traditional base render — strong and economical, but needs painting. K Rend (and similar thin-coat systems) is applied over a base coat and delivers a coloured, low-maintenance finish straight out the bag.
Yes. We patch, re-skim and colour-match render repairs as well as carrying out full re-renders. For older properties we'll often recommend lime render or breathable systems rather than cement.
A typical house render takes 1–3 weeks depending on size, scaffold requirements and the system chosen. We'll give you a clear timeline in the quote.
